The factory is located in Wangjialing Circular Economy Industrial Park, Hejin City, Shanxi Province. The company was established in January 2015, covering an area of 98 mu, with 550 employees. In 2021, the sales revenue will be 310 million yuan, and the tax payment will be more than 42 million yuan.

The main products of Huakang Construction Materials are: new microfiber materials, AGM separators for start-stop batteries. The current production capacity is 55,000 tons of new microfiber materials and 28,000 tons of AGM separators for start-stop batteries. The main process equipment includes: 1 set of 2500Nm3/h cryogenic air separation unit, one full-oxygen tank kiln with an annual output of 21,000 tons of new fiber material raw materials, two full-oxygen tank kilns with an annual output of 24,000 tons of new fiber material glaze, microfiber 330 sets of new material production devices, 12 sets of separators and filter paper line devices.

Huakang Construction Materials established the enterprise technology center in May 2019. The total investment of the technology center is 1.5 million yuan. The scientific research site covers an area of 630 square meters. The scientific research funds are sufficient, the hardware is complete, and the working environment is superior. It undertakes various related technologies of the company , Development and testing of new products. There are 18 technicians in the technology center. In May 2019, it passed the certification of ISO9001 international quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and OHSMS18001 occupational health and safety management system. In March 2020, the DuPont safety management and improvement project system was introduced.

At present, the company is starting to use the solid waste coal gangue from the coking sector to add local dolomite tailings as raw materials, and use the full-oxygen tank kiln process to build an inorganic high-performance material project. The project plans to produce 2 million tons of rock wool per year. The first phase plans to build a production line with an annual output of 40,000 tons. The project will start in June 2022. At present, the feasibility study and filing of the 40,000 tons project have been completed. The preliminary work of the project has been basically completed. , safety rating and other relevant evaluation stages. The implementation of the two phases of the project will build the largest production base of inorganic high-performance materials in the country, realize green development with high quality, low cost and high environmental protection, and make new contributions to the economic and social development of Yuncheng.

In the next step, Huakang Construction Materials will carry out comprehensive utilization of the high-sulfur miscellaneous salts produced during the environmental protection treatment of various projects of the group company. Currently, the research and demonstration of the project treatment plan is being carried out, and a preliminary treatment process route has been formed. At the same time, the third-phase construction plan of new microfiber materials is being planned. After the third phase of the new microfiber material is put into production, there will be an annual output of 85,000 tons of new microfiber materials and 50,000 tons of AGM separators for start-stop batteries.

In the next five years, Huakang Construction Materials plans to invest 4 billion yuan in the construction of new microfiber material series, new inorganic high-performance fiber materials, and high-sulfur miscellaneous salt disposal projects, so as to realize Huakang's "focus on sharing worries, green development, and growth One Wing's vision and mission.
